Claire is a dynamic healthcare leader with extensive experience in the behavioral health sector, focusing on enhancing novel population health initiatives. Claire has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and fostering innovative approaches to complex healthcare challenges, with a deep commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring high standards of care. She provides subject matter expertise in program design, implementation, and delivery with a specialization in behavioral health crisis care and large-scale system transformation of crisis continuums.
Prior to her current role, Claire worked in the provider space where she supported quality improvement and expansion of both hospital and community-based programming for multiple national organizations. Her career started as an emergency services and civil process clinician where she focused on community trauma and crisis. She spent a number of years working for a behavioral health managed care organization where she supported the Clinical Department in launching a variety of system projects before returning to the provider space.
Claire holds a Doctor of Health Sciences in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University, and she has a strong background in clinical psychology with degrees from Radford University in Virginia and the University of Akron in Ohio.
