As the Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Administrator, Katrina is responsible for the successful management of payroll, health benefits and 401K administration at BBS. She brings over 15 years of experience providing high-level administrative and operational support in the behavioral health space, including at the Vermont Department of Mental Health.

Katrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Champlain College. Prior to coming to BBS, Katrina worked as a Mental Health Law paralegal for the state of Vermont, where she currently lives with her husband and two children.
